 Emergency Management

 

The Martin County Emergency Management Office is located in Williamston, NC. The office is responsible for emergency plans, preparations and response to natural, manmade and technological hazards. Disaster recovery and disaster mitigation are also the responsibility of this important department of County government.

The four phases of our emergency program are:

  • Mitigation
  • Preparedness
  • Response
  • Recovery
